Quality

A key concern for our customers is the quality of the equipment they are buying. Martech Solutions therefore guarantees an overall failure rate of less than 0.5% on our equipment.

Why is this? Most of the equipment Martech Solutions sell is second-hand, and used electronic equipment generally has a lower failure rate then new equipment. This is because a significant proportion of electronic part failures occur in the first 3 month period of operation, or the "Burn In" period. After this, most modern telecommunications and data networking equipment is very resilient and stable in a live network environment.

Meanwhile, any new or unused equipment supplied by Martech Solutions will have a similar failure rate to that of equipment purchased directly from the original vendor.

For both second-hand and new equipment, Martech Solutions guarantees to replace or refund any unit which upon delivery is not in 100% fully working condition.
